I accept returns and cancellations without problem.
Contact me within: 14 days after delivery
Return items within: 30 days of delivery
Cancellation can be requested within: 2 days after purchase
I do not accept exchanges
But do not hesitate to contact me if there is a problem with your order.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged
Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (food or flowers for example)
- digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Promotional items
Returns conditions
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyers. If the returned item is not in the original condition, any loss in value is the buyer's responsibility.
